We bought our house near Annan before COVID as a retreat property. During COVID, we ended up moving here and we never turned back. We came here to be closer to nature; I thought we were going to get a cabin in the woods. But to my surprise, we got this beautiful pasture that I’m able to garden in. While we were in Toronto I was chasing all the farmers and making connections with them. And then I moved here and realized they live five minutes away from me and I was overjoyed. I feel every single day that I’m living my best life here.
