Adrienne’s Canning Workshops: Roasted tomato soup

Join Adriene Mackenzie, of Adriene’s Canning & Jamming for delicious foodie workshops jam-packed with fun and helpful tips!
Join us for each workshop or whichever tickles your pickle!
These hands-on workshops cover all the steps to successfully prepare your own pickles, salsa, soup or cabbage rolls. Participants will prep, create, sample and take home the fruits of their labour. The workshops feature morning and evening timeslots, and include all ingredients, small group instruction, and good conversation with like minded foodies.
Any of our workshops that involve water bath canning include a required 24-hour holding period for your canned goods. This method relies on jars resting undisturbed to ensure they’ve sealed correctly—a key step in preventing spoilage and ensuring safe, long-term preservation.
