Wild Wanderings: Wild Animal Tracking

WILD Wanderings AnimalTracking Workshop
Step into the quiet language of the land and learn to read the stories written beneath your feet.
This full-day Animal Tracking Workshop invites you into a deeper relationship with the natural world through observation, movement, and presence. Guided by expert tracker Alexis Burnett of EarthTracks, you’ll explore ReLive Retreat’s forests, river edges, and winter landscapes while learning to identify animal tracks, interpret movement patterns, and understand how wildlife interacts with its environment across the seasons.
Designed for both curious beginners and seasoned nature lovers, this hands-on experience will shift how you see the land—revealing signs, pathways, and behaviours that often go unnoticed. Throughout the day, we’ll pause to gather around warming fires with hot beverages, allowing space for questions, reflection, and shared insight.
This workshop marks the beginning of WILD Wanderings at ReLive—a growing series of land-based explorations that will expand throughout the year to include foraging, making, art, and seasonal skills rooted in place.
