Tea on the Train

July 23rd, August 6th, August 13th
Join us at the CWHC on our historic Coach 4884 for the return of Tea on the Train! We are hosting three teas in partnership with the Reach Centre to nourish your body and mind. Tickets include tea and treats prepared and served by Reach to be enjoyed alongside a presentation by CWHC Curator Zack McLean, with a new subject at each tea.
There will be three teas for you to take part in: July 23, August 6, and August 13. Each tea will begin at 2:00pm. Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased at the CWHC in addition to online.
Join us on July 23 for “Today’s Visitors!” We’ll be looking at the ships that still come to Owen Sound, as well as what brings them here!
On August 6, join us for “People & Propellers” for the history of the Kennedy Foundry which once stood across the street from the museum!
On August 13th you can see “Bringing up the Rear” for the history of one of the most iconic train cars, the caboose!
