• The Welcome: Signature Spring Mill cocktail.
• The Pairing: Four celebrated whiskies curated with four courses by Chef Edward Sleep and Chef Carolyn Jones.
• The Finale: Cooper is bringing a fifth, high-security release from the vault. This is a first-taste opportunity of a bottle that hasn’t even hit the market yet.
