John Hume and Jon Zaslow have played together for many years on the shores of Georgian Bay.  Dances, restaurants, parties, theatre shows…. Two voices, piano and guitar, the hits of late, and hits from the Classic era!!!

John Hume’s first performances were at High School coffee houses in Toronto. During his university days he made his living playing in a Pub owned by the Irish Rovers. Following school he spent 2 years playing Lounges in Ontario and Quebec. Unhappy with the music he was required to play, he spent the late 80’s and early 90’s playing original music in the Queen Street clubs in Toronto. In 2000 he moved to Meaford, having had enough of the Big City. He slowly worked his way into the local music scene playing with the many great musicians that live in the area.

Jon Zaslow is a singer/songwriter from Thornbury, formerly of Toronto, and London, Ontario.  His early musical career focused on guitar playing, playing fulltime, on the road, paying dues and playing on others’ albums, jingles and the like. Currently a member of the Ian Thomas Band, and as guitar player in Johnny Cash and Gordon Lightfoot shows.

Jon has completed 5 CD’s of original material, available online, with a 6th almost ready for release.
