Join us on Saturday, May 4 from 1:00 to 3:30PM at the Launch Pad in Hanover, ON for your chance to learn how to take a mindful approach to life at the political table.
Certified Yoga Teacher Melanie Subject will lead us through a session of chair yoga and meditation activities, with the opportunity to mix and mingle with elected women and other leaders of electHER Now.
No pressure: Dress comfy and just bring yourselves, no special gear required. Light refreshments will be served.
