A Live Christmas Tree from the Kiwanis Tree lot is a personal donation from community member Kevin Dandeno

1. There are 1,366 printed tickets available at $25 each.
2. Cash is the only method of payment for ticket purchases.
3. Only tickets that have been paid for and verified as paid, are eligible for the draws.
4. Ticket purchases are not tax deductable.
5. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.
6. Tickets available for purchase at various locations around Owen Sound. Or, until supplies last.

7. Ticket sellers, members of the Brightshores Owen Sound Foundation Staff and Board of Directors or anyone residing at the same address as these individuals are not permitted to purchase tickets.
8. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and claimed within 6 months of the draw.
9. Brightshores Owen Sound Foundation will make every reasonable attempt to contact the winner. Contact attempts will be made through telephone, email, and registered mail. If those methods of contact fail, advertising will be done in area newspapers and/or radio stations within 120 days following the draw.
10. Winners agree to the use of their name for publicity and reporting purposes. Winner’s names may be published on social media platforms, print advertising or press releases on local news platforms affiliated with Brightshores Owen Sound Foundation.

11. Stubs of all sold, verified paid tickets, are placed in the drum prior to each draw.
12. Prior to each draw, the drum of tickets will be spun a minimum of three complete rotations. Following each draw the ticket number will be verified, recorded, and returned to the drum for all other subsequent draws.

Total Value for all prizes: $6,829
Prizes will be drawn daily from prize 1 to prize 12 at Brightshores Foundation office (1800 8th Street East, Owen Sound) from December 13th through until the 24th at 9:30 a.m.

All prize draws will be supervised by a neutral third party.
