National Brand Ambassador Chris Thompson returns to The Dam Pub for another unforgettable Forty Creek whisky experience. Chris has been presenting his whiskies with us for years, and his mix of energy, humour, and deep knowledge always makes for a memorable night. Expect great food, great stories, and some exceptional Forty Creek pours.
Your evening begins with a signature Spring Mill welcome cocktail, followed by 4–5 thoughtfully paired courses created by Chef Edward Sleep and Chef Carolyn Jones. Our whisky pairing dinners are renowned and sell out quickly.
