Get ready to master one of Mexico’s most iconic dishes – Carnitas! Originating in Michoacán, carnitas are pork slowly cooked in their own fat with orange, garlic, and spices until tender and crispy.

In this workshop, we’ll cover traditional techniques, plus toppings like salsa, pickled onions, and guacamole. You’ll prep key steps in class and get follow-up instructions to finish at home. Perfect for parties or a flavorful night in!
