Join us on June 8 in Meaford Hall for an unforgettable evening of chamber music featuring pianist Daniel Vnukowski, violinist Michael Schulte, and cellist David Hetherington. The program showcases a captivating selection of violin and piano works, culminating in Beethoven’s masterful Archduke Trio. This is often regarded as one of the crown jewels of the piano trio repertoire due to its majestic themes, innovative harmonies, and grand, symphonic scale. Composed at the height of Beethoven’s creative powers, the work showcases a perfect balance between virtuosity, lyricism, and rich interplay among the three instruments, making it a cornerstone of chamber music.

Pianist Daniel Vnukowski is renowned for his dynamic performances and insightful interpretations. He has graced prestigious concert halls across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia, earning acclaim for his dedication to both standard repertoire and lesser-known works by interwar Jewish composers. He is the founder of the Collingwood Music Festival and host of the popular Jukebox afternoon show on the New Classical 102.9 FM.

Michael Schulte is a distinguished violinist and co-founder of Chamber Music Hamilton, one of North America’s longest-standing chamber music presenters. As the artistic director, he has been instrumental in bringing world-class chamber music to the community, fostering a deep appreciation for the art form.
