DESCRIPTION
If you’ve always wondered whether the world of glass art is for you, then this is your chance to find out without investing a full day! This short taster class will teach you the basics of how to score and break glass, use a grinder, follow a pattern, apply copper foil, heat solder, patina, and polish. Choose between a simple three-piece flower or bird pattern. This is a good opportunity to find out if you want to continue learning in a more intensive Full Day Introductory Class.
No experience necessary.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Closed toe shoes
Leather or heat-resistant gloves (optional)
Safety Glasses (or GB Arts can provide them)
Wear clothes to get messy in
