DESCRIPTION
In this 2 day (Saturday April 15 and 22) workshop, you will complete a panel with a pattern of your choice. You can choose to work in the copper foil or leaded technique. Work cannot exceed 16” x 16”, 256 square inches, or 12 to 15 pieces. Push your current skills!
Students will be responsible for their own materials. Please feel free to bring your own glass, foil, and solder, or they are available for purchase from the Centre the day of the workshop. All chemicals and hand tools are included.
Prerequisite: Must be an Introduction to Stained Glass or Stained Glass Taster graduate or have experience in successfully scoring and breaking glass, grinding to a pattern, foiling, and soldering.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Closed toe shoes and safety glasses are mandatory (glasses can be borrowed from GB Arts)
Well fitted leather or heat resistant gloves (optional)
Materials if you have your own
