Friday Women’s Yoga: Level 2 Class for Women 50+

Gentle Yoga Class designed for women 50+ to build CORE & full-body strength to help improve balance & posture; also improves flexibility & circulation. $8.00 per class, drop in – no commitment
• Gentle warm up of dynamic stretching exercises & slow movement
• we move from seated to standing to floor, throughout class
• modified yoga poses are not held for too long
• you will leave class feeling GREAT! & more flexible, full of energy, yet calm & RELAXED!
• 30 mins of floor work consists of simple, core stabilizing exercises which are the safest way to strengthen our mid-sections & wonderful, yoga & stretching!
• Please bring a comfortable mat
• Sally Sunshine Gentle Fitness classes are always FUN! Always SAFE! Floor is grid marked in 6 ft squares & we are masked!
• Location: New Life Centre, 199 – 4th Ave West, Owen Sound
• Masks (available at front door) MUST be worn to enter building & MUST remain on, until you leave. It’s not so bad really! 🙂
