DESCRIPTION
This step-by-step process introduces students to the basics of abstract painting with oil paints and cold wax medium. The workshop presents all aspects of this fascinating process, including materials use, aspects of design and balance, colour relationships, how to manipulate and layer paint, how to create interest through textures and mark making, and ways to include hidden and/or embedded aspects. No painting experience needed.
